This photo was taken while inside the basket of a hot air balloon when the air was first heated to fill the balloon. The flight was located outside of Luxor, Egypt on an early morning balloon flight in 2008.

Welcome and thank you for your interest in my photographs. I try to capture the essence of every subject as it actually exists. I rarely alter a picture and minimally, if at all, use post processing. What the observer sees is how it really existed. Most work is accomplished with attention to detail and in-camera composition and framing, rather than post production manipulation (such as Photoshop).
